About Heavenly Herbal Hot Pacs:

• Contain 6 stress and pain relieving herbs (lavender, lemongrass, chamomile, cinnamon, peppermint, spearmint) and flaxseed.
• Product is lightly scented.
• Foot pocket is available in larger cover.
• A few drops of essential oil or water can be applied to cover to increase therapeutic effect.
• Available in high quality flannels or batiks.
• Cover can be machine washed when soiled.
• Available without herbs or scent

Instructions for Warm Use:

• Microwave approximately 20-30 seconds (X-small pac), 2-3 minutes (small pac) or approximately 3-4 minutes (medium + larger pacs).
• Please do not leave unattended.
• Flip pac over half way through heating if you do not have a turn-table.
• Can be spritzed with water before microwaving for moist heat therapy.
• Use less time on reheat as microwaves heat from the inside to the outside and the middle of the pac may still be warm.

Instructions for Cold Use:

• Place Pac in plastic bag in freezer for approximately 30 minutes or longer.

Additional Instructions

• Please remove cellophane and ribbon before heating Hot Pac.
• Place cover on Pac after microwaving or freezing to keep clean.
