"I couldn't live without my heavenly hot pack! I heat up the medium sized one and drape it around my chronically sore neck every evening in the winter; the large I use to warm up my bed before I get in...my feet are always freezing due to low thyroid function. My husband has now commandeered the large pack to warm up his hands after he has been out clearing snow from our driveway. He also likes to use it to warm up his leather recliner which is next to our french door."

"My daughter took her hot pack to the labor room...most hospitals have microwaves available, and it really helped her back discomfort during a difficult labor. We of course also gave her great back rubs. She has a small hot pack which she uses to warm up her infant son's crib before she puts him in....they have an older, drafty home. My son keeps his healing pack in a zip lock bag in the freezer; he uses his as an ice pack for sports related discomfort. We have found the packs to be very durable! I think the healing packs are a wonderful gift!"
